This is something that we've had many times (including tonight!) - it's easy and delicious!
Ingredients:
1-1/2 pounds ground beef
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
2-1/2 cups crushed tortilla chips, divided
1 jar (16 ounces) salsa
1-1/2 cups (6 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
In a skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Stir in soup. Sprinkle 1-1/2 cups of the tortilla chips in a greased shallow 2-1/2-qt. baking dish. Top with beef mixture, salsa and cheese.
Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly. Sprinkle with the remaining chips. Bake 3 minutes longer or until chips are lightly toasted.See how easy that is? :-)

Sounds good! As I'm listening to the Godly Courtship series, Denny Kenaston's been hitting a lot of nails right on the heads. Lets just say I have a lot of strings to pull together. He talks a lot about how we interact with our brothers in the church. Ouch!
I love food like this! Taco Bell is one of my favorite restaurants. :)
Looks delicous! I'm not quite sure about the salsa though. Only daddy likes salsa. But mabey.
Yes we love Gomer Pyle along with Leave It To Beaver, I Love Lucy, Andy Griffith, Little House On The Prairie, The Waltons, Ozzie and Harriet, and Daniel Boone. We get all of these shows (not Gomer Pyle though) on our Christian satellite called Skyangle. I love the title of your you entry "Tasty Tuesdays with Tori" isn't it? Later, Olivia
Hi Tori.
Would this recipe work by substituting ground turkey for ground beef? My wife does not eat beef or pork and it is hard sometimes to find new and different things. (By the way my wife and I are both 43, today for me, and I don't remember how I came across your blog but I have enjoyed reading it.) We attend a baptist church in our town and work in the Awana kid's club.

I absolutely love the Love Comes Softly series. I know I've seen Anne of Green Gables but I don't really remember. Have you ever seen Tales of Avenlea? I also like old Disney movies like Meet Me in St. Louis and 7 Brides For 7 Brothers. I've got to go! Have a great weekend. Olivia
Aah thanks Tori! Okay I am officially tagging you. You don't have to write as many things as I did. Most girls justs do 6 or 7, I thought it was fun so I did more! My brother has his final Hawks basketball game. Morgan will probably post pictures of it soon on the family blog. Next week they are having a fathers vs. sons game. I can't wait to see that! Olivia
